Concerning shooting aerials, you might like to know that 
I am a FAA certified commercial drone pilot and am fully insured.

Whomever you choose to shoot your listing, especially aerials, I recommend you ask about those two points: FAA licensed and insured. 

*Not all properties are good subjects for aerial photography and I only recommend them for larger properties and land.  For crowded neighborhoods, or in flight restricted areas, sometimes I have to say "Sorry but no" for aerials. I'll only fly where it is safe and legal and will be beneficial to the listing.
