Base price: $130 + $.01/sq. ft. + tax.
Aerials: +$60.
Neighborhood amenities (2-4): +$25
Example: A 3000 sq. ft. home in Albuquerque would be $171.70
With aerials and amenities: $263.38
Aerials for lots and land: $120 + tax
(I usually include a few ground level stills too as needed)
I accept checks or PayPal only. Payment is due within 7 days.
I do charge a small fee for travel over 25 miles from my home office on the west side: $1/mi over 25 miles one way.

It is best to try to schedule a week or so in advance if possible. That said, I can usually schedule your shoot within 3-4 days of your call or email.
No matter the size of your listing, I will never give you less than my best effort and that can take time. The average shoot takes about an hour or more, not counting travel. Larger homes, with aerials, can easily take two + hours. I'll work with you to pick a time that works best for you.
